Mend Triton Opal 9.5kw Heat Years Ago

Triton Opal 9.5kw shower won't heat up on 2nd usage?

Bought a Triton Opal shower 3 years ago, until recently no problem.
Now when I use the shower 1st time each day still no problem but if I want to use the shower a 2nd time within 2/3 hours then no hot water, (if I wait for say 4 hours or so then hot water o.k. again).
I have cleaned & de-scaled the shower head & hose.
What is the solution?

same thing happened to my triton hawai replaced thermal cut out still doesnt heat up this shower is only 18months old

Sounds like a faulty thermal cut-out (No 6 on the diagram) £19.33 inc tax
