Mend Worcester Bosch 24i Junior Central Heating Fault

no hot water but central heating ok?

Moved into house and central heating works ok, turn on the hot water tap and water runs ok but cold. The boiler(worcester greenstar 24i junior)has no fault lights flashing and I cant see a switch on the front case saying 'hot water control' there is no instructions left with the boiler, can somone please help?
