The injector nipples may be partially blocked on the two burners that are not functioning correctly. Remove the burner and youll find a very small hole where the gas comes from.
using a pin or something similar try to ream out the hole. it might be partially blocked with burnt spillage or cleaning agents.
if the rings dont ignite, make sure that you have a spark. if you do, clean out the burner ports close to the ignition point with a hacksaw or similar, taking care not to cut the metal, just the build up of grime/soot. make sure that the right burner discs are over the right burners. if you get them mixed up when cleaning, the wrong sized burner disc will stop the ignition process.
if theres no spark, buy a lighter as its quite expensive to replace the ignition system..
