i take the spark plug out, put finger over hole,compression goes out carb.

Assuming the engine has SOME compression, this is normal for this model. The compression release mechanism raises the INLET valve off it's seat during the compression stroke, causing a spitback at cranking speed. At running speed, it's fine.
