Mower manufacture identification ?

I have a lawn mower I’ve repaired and want to sell it but, I don't know the manufacture of the mower deck itself. There are no labels left on it indicating the brand for me to advertize it as.

My Question is; Can the numbers on the engine be used to group it to which Manufacture used that particular engine at the time in building their mowers.

It has a Briggs & Stratton engine:
Model: 10A902
Type: 2286 E1
Code: 99081055

Thanks for any help tracing the lawn mower manufacture with these B & S numbers.
