Mend Toyota Lucida Radiator Water Pump Overheating

toyota lucida?

my lucida overheates after 20 miles when it overheats i turn the vehicle off then turn it on and its not overheating it sounds crazy but that what it does . its driving me crazy .i have replaced the water pump/radiator/thermostate, can anyone help please. thank you.
