roy you have put the hours in on this one,call aa.get patrol to sniffer test and pressure test system.running pressure as well. including the pressure cap is holding and is correct one. that is,because you have not disproved by your work listed.cracked head/head gasket.

try running the engine at tick over with all the heaters on full including the extra rear one if fitted and keep an eye on the water level sometimes they get an air lock and this can shift it
