Julie. There could be a few reasons causing your problem. 1 the pump may be blocked or broken. If you have a filter on the front it may need cleaning. If you can drop the drain hose down to a bowl on the floor it may empty out so you can check the filter. If the pump is broken it will need replacing. The new pump should cost between 25-30 pounds depending on the model. Where the drain hose ens may be blocked.
