Ours has just developed the same problem. As an emergency measure, we find that tipping the machine forward allows the condensed water to drain from underneath the machine onto the floor (stand by with mop & bucket!). The machine can then be started again, and will run ok until the next time it needs to be emptied. This might help till you can get some proper advice from an engineer.
