MI-411 strength Master Treadmill stop working after moving house?

Hi I have a strenght master treadmill MI-411, this started blowing the 8amp fuse for no reason, which in turn was causing the cct breaker to trip. When I investigated the problem I found that fault was on the main controller cct card.
The integrated off line switcher was at fault, shorting the circuit to earth, hence blowing the 8 amp fuse.(Component Ident TOP245Y). You can pick these up for around £5-10's. I replaced this component observing all the anti static precautions when handling the cct board. This rectified the fault and the treadmill was back in operation.
I would like to take this opportunity to add this is not to be tried by the in-experienced, I have been repairing cct boards for a very long time.

I have motorised treadmill of make- Strength Master MA300 it's features are as-

The Strength Master -MA300 Treadmill has a 1.75HP motor which allows it to reach a maximum speed of 16km/h. It has an incline from 0% to 12% and 5 preset programs. With 5 preset programs, 4 quick speed and display features which include speed, incline, distance, time, pulse, calories and laps and maximum user weight of 130kg.



Since last 1 year I am facing problem of motor I got it rewinded but it is not working. It shows E1 error, after 2 to 3 minutes of use. Where can I find motor (new) can I retro- fit 2 H.P. OR 2.5 HP motor?



The Motor Spec is as:

1.75 HP DC MOTOR, 4700 RPM, 180 VOLTS, 5 AMP, Catalogue Listing No. BIF055



You can suggest me the place in or nearby Mumbai (India)

I am a service technician and was asked to diagnose an MI-411 Treadmill. The exact same symptom happened on this Treadmill, the 8amp fuse blows every time the start button is pressed, i suspect the Lower Board to be the primary fault but i am having trouble finding a supplier of parts, if i manage to track one down i'll let you know.

hey all
i have the m1610 model, it has not worked for about 12mths now, i gave up looking last year.. but im back on the hunt now, its a good machine, when it worked.
circuit board just started clicking and not turning on.. my mate works for the top electronics specialists in the uk..
he took the board for a few days and all the top boffins said that it was unrepairable due to water damage on internal tracks.. dont know how it happened, all i can think of is that sweat or a few drops of water got through the grill, which is situated in a silly place directly above the circuit board.. it needs to be replaced they said..
anyway, sorry its not the answer your looking for.. just nice to see that we are not alone in looking for strength master parts.. its crazy, its a good machine, but absolutely no way of getting or finding out how to get parts..
i will be back if i get any news.. chow 4 now

I have had the same problem. Eventually got some guy to turn up and has advised that motor is shot. Having spent some time trying to find a supplier of the TURDAN B1F051 motor I have had no success. TURDAN in Taiwan can supply but I have to buy 50 motors!!! what a find hey!! Anyone know a supplier in UK of TURDAN motors?

I have the same model of treadmill and exactly same problem. It stopped working while I was running, checked fuse after I read this post, replaced and it blew again, twice. Did you managed to sort out yours? any help will be appreciated.
