i need new filters for my steam generater iron and have just found them on the steam generater website, easyspares.co.uk for £7.87 plus delivery £3.50.and mine makes a noise untill water gets down the pipe

Keep the steam button pressed in for as long as it takes to get a jet of steam through. I had loads of trouble at first its as if there is an air lock in the pipe. Good luck

Generally it makes a noise as the water makes its way through the "pipe" and then it should stop. This is what I found happened with me anyway. I wondered what on earth was happening when I first started using it. The water tank has to be kept above the lowest line. Don't know if this helps.

i've had this given to me. but no steam is coming out it does get hot, but also makes a loud noise i don't know if it's surposed to do that. I have no instructions do you know where I could get them from?
