Mend Volkswagen Passat 1.8T Help Car Problem

vw passat help my car as a problem ?

as a accelorator problem it seems to go up hills ok but on the flat loses power and as jungle juice when putting accelorator down ,its a 1.8t auto /petrol 2000 model
