My boiler pilot light keeps going out?

Why does my boiler pilot light frequently go out? Sometimes it can go
for weeks without going out. When it starts going out, it's usually a daily
occurence. A part was changed, a new copper wire was installed, but it
made no difference.

it could well be the thermo coupling,or there is dirt in the pipe leading to the pilot light.
