Mend LG U600 Problem Power Key

how can i fix the upper keys?

i have a problem with my u600 phone. i can't use the upper keys (cursor keys and the soft touch keys) except the power key ha! i thought that it's just a problem because maybe, my battery is weak. so i tried to use my friends newer 3.7V Li-ion battery, just same with mine. but unfortunately, there's no changes. it's just the same problem. i hope you can give an idea how to fix my phone aside from asking the company or returning it to the shop. thank you very much and more power!

i have the exact same problem =| its doing my head it cos i have a million texts i cant read and holiday pictures i cant access. I took it to a shady repair shop and they told me the pannels were broken so i take that as true but they said they couldnt fix it and the optimist in me (ok i just really want my phone to work) tells me it can so im looking to get it fixed elsewhere!

Your touch secreen section doesn't work but did I understand correctly that the nav keys also don't work?

When a screen is fitted to the U600 it's partially soldered or the keypad doesn't work, could be a loose connection but 10000% not a battery problem.

Need to visit a repair shop for advice there as it could be a few things,
