Help me fix my rear projection tv!?

I have a conia rear projection tv model number c5150 have had it for close to 4 years now and the colour has gone funny on it - lines going across the picture constantly - does this have something to do with the picture tube and will it cost a lot to fix?

your bulb is going done it will eventually stop giving a picture all together.they cost around 300 pound
