Mend White Knight BG442/1 Door Lock Close

door lock loose white knight ?

how can i get the door to close tight as it seems that the spring is not holding have i put the spring in wrong if so can anyone tell me how it is fitted my model no is bg442/1 ser no 9921031050 it wont hold closed when cloths are in it would be grateful for help
