BISSEL PRO WONT SUCK UP WATER, BRUSH WONT SPIN, BELT IS OK?

MY BISSEL WONT SUCK UP WATER, AND THE BRUSH DOESNT SPIN, BUT I CHECKED THE BELT AND IT IS OK. PLEASE HELP DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO. THANKS DENISE

Most likely answer is pump is shot they retail for around $30 and can be replaced by anyone with a little patience. Only takes a phillips screwdriver to dismantle. take cover off, remove clear pump hose(aquarium), remove belt, two screws and replace. (remember to do this while unit is unplugged!)
