BISSEL PRO WONT SUCK UP WATER, BRUSH WONT SPIN, BELT IS OK?

Most likely answer is pump is shot they retail for around $30 and can be replaced by anyone with a little patience. Only takes a phillips screwdriver to dismantle. take cover off, remove clear pump hose(aquarium), remove belt, two screws and replace. (remember to do this while unit is unplugged!)
