the control panel comes off.on both ends of the control panel you will see two plastic 'L'shaped covers (black???)these prize off to reveal screws.remove screws and also 3 screws underneath front bottom edge of control panel.you will have to remove back panel to help you gain access to thermostat phile that needs feeding through hole in back of oven cavity
