You can't, if you have to ask these questions then you are not au fait with boilers systems , it would be a process of sequential checking to determine the fault, they are good boilers, easy to fix, but you need to know what you are doing, get a heating expert in.

Does the fan spin up (sticky fan bearing v common problem with boilers of a certain age). Does the pump work?. Do the differential air pressure switch and the boiler flow switch operate on demand?. Did the problem appear suddenly or get gradually worse? Do you have the manual?, legislation states you should be corgi to open the sealed chamber where the fan and burners live. And common sense indicates extreme caution around the mains voltages present on the internal wiring and components exposed when the outer cover is absent.
