my zanussi da6141 doesnt take in water Ive done all the booklet checks eg pipes water etc can you help

Have you disconnected the supply hoses from the washing machine & turned the water on? if you have water coming out of the hoses, the machine intake valves are not accepting water. If you have no water out of your disconnected hoses, then it's a home water supply problem! If this if the case, check that the cold water supply valves are open!
