Mend Samsung ER-290 Work Working Order

how can i get my samsung er 290 to work ?

My samsung till was in full working order till the children played with it. It turns on but none of the buttons work on it, it wont even feed the till roll through. Any ideas pls ?

I have the same till and the same problem. Try disconnecting till from socket insert the C key and turn it all the way past pgm to 6 o'clock. now press and hold the clear key and switch the power on whilst holding the clear key. It should print out something if not then your till is faulty.

Hi. Have you got an error on the display? What is it showing when you turn it on? Does the printer run at all when you push the paper feed button? Does it beep when the buttons are pressed?
