McCullough Eager Beaver 14" Chainsaw WT carb problem?

This saw starts well and appears to run out of fuel after 10 sec. I have checked cap vent, fuel lines, filters and stripped down, found miniuum dirt, daiaframs appear ok.

My Eager Beaver 10" runs great after it warms up, but restarting is a problem. Don't use the choke and trigger the throttle full bore to start, then press throttle on and off like you're shooting a gun. Gas to oil ratio is 50:1
