Mend McCullough Eager Beaver

How to fix my chainsaw,eager,beaver,by Mccoulah?

My chainsaw won,t start,the cord broke,i put a different cord on it from a different saw.Plus its leaking oil+gas,Its,like its not fireing,Put a new sparkplug on it to.What do i do?
