Mend Proline TDC6A Tumble Dryer Condenser Filter Cleaning

How do I clean out the condenser filter in a Proline TDC6A?

I have owned the tumble drier from new and can't find the instruction book!

The condenser filter is quite clogged and the washing won't dry very well. Do I try blowing it out or wash it in soapy water?
