Mend LDV 400 Brake Discs Hub

brake discs on an abs LDV van?

does anyone know if the abs ring on the wheel hub of an LDV 400 mini bus comes off to enable access to the bolts which hold the brake discs on?
i have tried levering but don't want to damage the ring!
