Mend Elna 9000 Sewing Machine Thread Bobbin Casing

problem with the bobbin casing on an elna 9000?

Does anyone know how to fix the bobbin casing on the elna 9000? It seems to be turning slightly so the top thread isn't catching the bottom thread and the needle is bending or breaking?

Or does anyone know of a good repair shop in Manchester?

You can take your machine to the janome service centre in Stockport for repair as Janome now run Elnas operation in the Uk.

Any good sewing machine shop should be able to fix your machine but where they are in Manchester I don't know.
