why dose the boot button on my 3 button card for my Renault Senic 1.4 2004 model not work any more?

have you got aspare card and if so does it work the central locking ok, if not got a spare card , does the central locking button work on the centre console ,if the central locking is working ok of the button ,then you will need to buy a new key card ,and have it programmed to the vehicle.
