How can I fix my hoover tumble dryer ?

How can I fix my hoover tumble dryer ? It is not heating up at all . And the filter clean light will not go out even though it has been cleaned .

If the clean filter light is on all the time it means a thermal fuse has blown on the heater element.To rectify you will need a new heater thermostat kit.
