Mend Epson DX5000 Printer Jammed Paper

epson printer dx 5ooo jammed?

i have an epson dx 5000 printer which was had paper jammed - paper now out but all lights flashing and wont take paper except at an angle !

can you help !

Unfortunately I have just experienced the exact same problem and do not yet have the answer. Please, if there is anyone out there that can help, please do.

You didnt get all the paper out there is still a bit stuck somewhere. Either that when you pulled the jammed paper out you dislogged something, a clasic case of dont yank the paper jam out.
