My wife has a Toyota rs200 sewing machine and we need to replace the needle please could someone tell us what type needle we need for everyday use for this machine.

Hi Steve, I have just ordered an assortment of size needles from 'Worldofsewing.co.uk'. They are supposed to fit the Toyota 2000 series. I'll let you know how I get on once they arrive.

I am also having the same problem. Universal ones won't fit. I've checked lots of sites on the web but have had no luck. Maybe someone at Toyota might read this and give us an answer? Let me know if you have any luck please. My daughter is desperate to use the machine for her GCSE Textiles work. Thank you.

The needles are standard and can be purchased from any sewing machine shop or store, the style is normally 15x1 or 705 but any flat side needle.
