Mend Peugeot 206 Windows Drivers Working

Peugeot 206 - electric windows?

On a Y reg 206 the driver's side electric window is not working. Someone said it may be a chip?
1) If a chip, where is it?
2) Is there also a chip for the passanger's door and if so can I swap them over to check if it is the fault?
3) How do I get to the chip?
4) Any other suggestions / advice?

b oth electric windows wont work on peugot 206 1999 tried fuses ,non blown ,changed switch ,not that ,no live to the motors

I have a peugeot 206 cc, i just bought. After putting the roof down and back up my windows will not go back up. The windows work when roof is down but not when i have put it back up. Checked fused???

i got a vw golf 1.6 mk4 i justed changed the battery over and the code went, the ceirl number of the tape is * VWZ3Z3Y747902* i try'd 1234 & 0000 still does not work can you help me please?

Looking through the maual, there is no fuse indicated for the front electric windows.

Also, any idea how to take apart / test the switch?

There is no chips to worry about not unless you have left the chip pan on:-) 1st check the fuses in fuse box above drivers pedals 2nd try a new switch more often than not its a faulty switch on very rare occasions its the electric window motor
