Mend Simpson 850 Pressure Switch Water Bottom

simpson silencio 850 pressure switch?

I've been told that when the water in the bottom of my dishwasher doesn't drain out of the machine its a pressure switch problem, How do i get a new pressure switch?

I want to know how easy it is to get to the presure switch. My silenceo 850 tends to keep filling till the water comes out from around the door seals. I have heard that the switch may just need a bit of a clean. thank you. Deb

You have been informed wrong. If the water wont drain out then the 1st thing to check is the drain pump. It may just have a blockage in it. If you can hear a humming sound when the pump starts then it is jammed by something. It may also have burnt out or failed in some way and then you would need to replace it.
