How to route new fuel line on Craftsman 16" 36cc?

How to and location of placement of 2 new fuel lines on a 16" craftsman 36cc chainsaw. The diagram in the manuel is unhelpful.

Just replaced my fuel lines on a craftsman 36cc chainsaw-easy NON CONFUSING routing-- when facing the handle { as you were holding and cutting } I took the larger line put it in the tank on the RIGHT side of carb- attached the filter to it in the tank and put it on the top inlet on the right side of the carb,,,,On the LEFT side of the carb I put the smaller line to the bottom LEFT OUTLET on the carb to the suction side of the primer bulb and from the bulb to the gas tank return hole on the left side of the tank and installed the small adapter inside the tank to it- Not sure the adaptor was needed..fresh fuel and the saw runs great..The lines were tough to get in the tank but their tight and fuel doesn't leak-- If you use the smaller line on the right side with the filter- the fuel will leak when inverting the saw. Hope this helps-- The carb inlet / outlet are on opposite sides of a craftsman saw carb. 8 & 10 inch hemostats worked great to pull the lines into the tank..

Here is the answer that I found on another site. I got mine working.

The small line goes into the tank and has the filter attached. The other end of the small line goes to the inlet side of the carb. The larger line goes from the outlet side of the carb to the primer and then a larger line from the primer to the tank. When you press the primer it should suck fuel from the filter in the tank, thru the carb, thru the primer and back to the tank.
