motor does not rotate at any time.will rotate with direct independent 240v supply.washer goes thru cycle normally otherwise ,,,takes water,moves programmer, empties water etc
Hi my drum has come loose it moves freely in the machine in any direction but will still wash and spin although noisily can it be fixed or is a new drum assembly in order??

if washer fills, agitates drains programmer advances check the motor brushes are not worn to their limit
