Mend Ford Focus Blowing Cold

ford focus 1998 heater ?

my focus is only blowing cold air from the heater at all settings------any suggestions as I really don't want to get ripped off by a garage

my heater wont work on settings 1 to 3 but if i put it on setting 4 it blows the fuse ! any suggestions welcome :)

Id suggest the heater valve. same thing happened to my 98 ford Ka. got new valve and fitted it using haynes manual and problem was solved.

My valve cost me £26 from ford and £15 for the manual.
