there is a cable runs from switch on dash to heater matrix think its drivers footwell behind long panel attached at side of gear selector have known it to come off there get some 1 to turn dial hot and cold when panel unscrewed and see if moving the arm if detached either reconnect or turn it other way to let heat into car radiator
