Electric Sandwich Maker?

If an electric sandwich maker bought in Italy won’t heat up in the UK, it’s usually a voltage issue. Check the rating label — if it’s 120 V only, a UK plug adapter won’t work and a voltage converter is needed. If it’s 220–240 V, the unit may be faulty. Simple answer is to look on the label and see what voltage it operates at (sorry dont know Italian voltage). If its 230 - 240 then it should work. Anything else and you could have blown it.
