Mend Working Circuit Unit

How do I fix my garbage disposal?

My garbage disposal is not working it did trip the little circuit breaker on the unit. However, I did reset it and it still won't work. What's the best way to unjam my disposal?

there should be a button underneath the unit. this needs to be pushed in first. THEN WITH A LONG 1/4 INCH ALLEN KEY, turn clockwise, this should free the blades.
