skyplus box stuck?

Front panel reset for sky plus
Hold down both left and right arrow buttons at once. While holding buttons switch off at wall. Keep holding buttons. Switch back on at wall. Hold buttons till continuous blue or green light shows in playback circle. Press select. Wait 60 second. Press tv then sky. Should be reset to factory settings. All recorded programmes will be lost.

Note hard drive will be cleared!
Remove veiwing card..unplug box from mains, press and hold back up button and plug back in. keep button in until Software update screen appears on TV. let go of button and wait 10 mins until finished.then leave box another 10 -15 mins replace card and you should be able to get green light back.good luck.Dick
