compression on peugeot speefight 100?

how much psi should the compression be on a peugeot speedfight 100cc,and does anybody know what the minimum you need to make them start. thanks gaz.

min 100 psi.160 would be better.might start with as lo as 75 but only if everything else was perfect.try a couple of cc's of oil down plug hole and retest.big improvment would mean rings/bore shot.not uncommon with these.
