AEG Double Oven - Electrical fault?

I have an AEG Competence D2160 double oven. Bulb in main oven blew and tripped circuit breaker, not sure of cause. On replacing bulb, lower/main oven remains on - fan and light, even though switched off. If I turn oven on, it still works OK. But to turn fan and light off, I have to set in auto mode and then zero timer. Whenever in manual mode, the lower oven light is on and the fan runs, even though the heating elements are off. Any suggestions?
