50pf9631d/37 Phillips tv will not turn on?

I have a 50" Phillips Ambight light TV and it shutdown and will not power back up. Is there an easy fix for this?

When this happens are you getting a green light on the front of the set that turns res and blinks at you? If so, count the series of blinks. Mine flashed 6 then 3.
