hotpoint aquarius ctdoo dryer not working?

hotpoint aquarius dryer ctdoo was working but was cold so my partner took back off and reset the thermostat but now it is not working at all

my aquarius ctdoo dryer keeps blowing the fuse at he mains junction box, i took the earth lead off to check and it ran ok, but once reconnected with the earth lead it blows the fuse
