What's wrong with my Mila lock?

they dont usually break at same time,have you locked your door when open and now handles wont move?if they have gone it could be the lock itself and you will need to replace with new or top or bottom shoot bolts have jammed,take them off then try door lock again,if locks are ok put shoot bolts back on and try again.hope this helps
