there are no torque settings for a seat!its either shrunk in using liquid nitrogen or the whole head is heated up(risky).its what is known in engineering as an interfearance fit.get it wrong and the heads a paperweight.not to mention compound seat angle cutters and seat relief.not a diy job.tools alone run into tripple figures.
