how to fix paper jam on epsom photo R300?

epsom photo R300 loads paper unevenly and jams how can i fix ?

Epson Epson R300 Computers, Printers Paper Epson Printer

I'd really like to know this too. I've tried cleaning the rollers and that works for a few pages and then it stops working again. So, I reclean the rollers. I just used a little alcohol on a q-tip. But this is only a temp fix. Eventually the problem comes back. Anyone else have any suggestions???

I've exactly the same problem. Mine is actually jamming on everyfeed now.
