domotec have ceased trading.
at least my iron is steaming but it does it continuously.
any other suggestions?

I recently dropped my iron, causing considerable damage, and called 01249 813835 - They were extremely helpful and repaired my iron for a fixed fee

my stirella steam iron no longer produces any steam even though all the lights go on. I also have had problems with it intermittently producing constant steam even though the steam button was off. The iron is now two years old so past its warranty, it has not had heavy use so I feel that it should last longer than 2 years. Do Simac have a service number, I purchased it at John Lewis.
