MY VACUUM STARTING RUNNING LOUD, HOW CAN i FIX IT?

I WAS VACUUMING THE FLOOR AND ALL OF A SUDDEN THE VACUUM STARTED RUNNING LOUD, THE BELT IS NOT BROKEN. hOW DO I FIX THIS? i HAVE HOOVER SPRINT 7.0 AMPS VACUUM. I TOOK IT APART CLEANED OUT WHAT I COULD BUT IT STILL RUNS LOUD. THE BELT IS NOT FRAYED OR TORN.
