my fax does not print the black ink?

If I try to copy of fax , it does not print on black or do not print the confirmation pages

Is your fax machine an old thermal roll type. If so your thermal paper maybe in back to front. If it isn't a thermal type machine it might help if you gave the make and model number of it.
