Newhome?

Hello Ken - I'm in England. The only No. I can find on the machine is 657030511. Unfortunately we do not seem to have a dealer in my area (Cumbria). I left the machine switched on for several hours and since then it just won't work, there is a slight burn mark on the part that plugs into the machine and I wonder if it burnt out, but cannot get the part checked out - many thanks - Sally

you need to know the model of the machine or if it is an outside motor you need the model of the motor, you can usually buy them from a New Home or Janome dealer or direct from New Home or Janome in your country, what country are you in ? e-mail me.
